This is a little idea I got when I saw all the launching of Space Marine Videogame (really funny game, XD) I wonder because GW donīt want to release some little action figure line, something alike to the World of Warcraft collection.

The joints I thought for the figure are Revoltech Joints, really nice to keep any pose. Actually, itīs possibe to do a conversion from the revoltech figures (Iīve seen some of them), but Iīm not much sattisfied with the results. Iīd prefer an official figure brand, maybe with 6 initial figures, Space Marine, Eldar Guardian, Ork Boy, Chaos Marine, Tau Fire Warrior and Tyranid Warrior with some bio-weapon options.

Forgeworld had done some large scale models in the past. I believe they also had a clothing assessoryline for a while (beltbuckles and such). Probably didn't catch on.

my thoughts exactly, though GW is pretty stingy about their IP being used for anything aside from their own product ideas.

Way back, GWdid a 15cm tall figure of a space marine, but wasn't a "action" figure. I think could be a great idea. :)

And Imperial Guardsman!

A Commissar figure with sounds "for the emperor" "die heretic" "Onwards men" (and when the humble guardsmen shows cowardice) *BLAM!*

Si las sacaran con revoltech me compraba 20. Una pena que su merchandising sea bastante limitado.

I would dearly want such a figurine but guess that Games Workshop would prefer ppl to buy their models instead as figurines.

want....badly...
The same way i want my tabletop miniatures to be animatronic and actually fisty-punch each other :(

GW probably cant bother to do it simply cause its potentially not a selling option for them, then again with a small range of armies, all players would dig to have a few of their own.I dont know,it might sound stupid but try to pitch the idea to them, get some well planed drawings with the layout and who knows, maybe they'll find it a good investment.
And yes, revoltech all the way.It would work the best and the action poses would work fine.
